Please be on time for class & attend each day. All exams/assessments will be on Friday.

Youngest candidates should be 5yrs and capable of swimming 5 to 8m.

Seal 1 - 11:30 to 12.05
Seal 2 & 3 - 12.10 to 12.50
Seal 5 - 1pm to 1.40
Marlin 6 - 1.45 to 2.30
Marlin 7 & 8 - 2.30 to 3.30       

Lifesaving classes
Safety 1 & 2 - 1pm to 1.45
Safety 3 - 1.45 to 2.30
Safety 4  - 2.30 to 4.15
Rescue 1 - 2.30 to 4.30
Rescue 2 - 4.30 to 6.30
Rescue 3&4 - 5 to 7

Safety & Rescue classes might switch to earlier on Thurs & Friday (Rescues at 8, Safetys at 11)

Clothing is a requirement for the exams in Safety 4, Rescue 2 & Rescue 3. A long sleeved shirt & light long trousers are required for the water. A candidate cannot be examined if they do not have everything they need for the exam.

Please bring your POCKET MASK from last ur if you have it handy.

Seal & Marlin classes are €25
- between 30 and 60mims

Safety classes are €40
- approx 1hr water work & 1 hr BLS

Rescue classes are €45
- 1 hr water work, 1 hr BLS

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

•  Wetsuits, swim hats, googles are strongly recommended but not required

• Class times may change during the week due to tides / weather - please check ClubZap and Clare WS facebook for changing times

• Instructors will award the appropriate Seal/Marlin cert dependent on performance at assessment

• Full attendance is required plus completion of assessment in order to receive certification

 

Please retain receipt and take note of the class you registered your child for.  This will ensure a smooth start to the first day.
